Residency Sales Assistant

Department: Marketing
Location: East Lansing, MI

Energetic, engaging, outgoing, well organized professional sought to provide professional assistance to the Sales department at Burcham Hills, East Lansing’s premier senior living community! Must be enthusiastic about providing excellent quality of life, enrichment and customer service to senior citizens.

The service-driven person in this key supportive role will perform administrative tasks to support the Sales department, coordinate processing of sales documentation, maintain records and reports, assist with mailings, collaborate with interdisciplinary team in preparation for resident move-ins, monitor apartment inventory, provide tours, greet and assist new residents and families on move-in day. Will also have fun assisting with and participating in marketing events, presentations, and celebrations on and off-campus.

Full Time, primarily week days. Some evenings and weekends for special events, and occasional travel required.

Must demonstrate reliability, excellent skills in customer service and teamwork, be able to communicate effectively and present oneself and the Burcham Hills community professionally. Experience with sales/marketing and customer service required, experience in senior living and Degree preferred.
